The Theme for Feb - March 2008 is 'Spring'

Under this theme the children will be learning about:-

• life cycles e.g. tadpole to frog, caterpillar to butterfly
• Seeds and flower bulbs
• the growth of plants and growing their own cress
• Easter 
• how to care for young babies and animals

The children will be making:-

• Mother's day cards and gifts
• Easter cards, chocolates and bonnets
• Butterfly collages
• Egg heads - painted and decorated hard boiled eggs

Language, literacy and mathematical skills will be taught using spring themes.
